Role Overview

The Senior Specialist will be responsible for the functional support of SAP Finance solutions. This involves troubleshooting, providing user support, and implementing system enhancements to maintain efficient financial operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP Finance solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, incidents, and user requests to ensure smooth business operations.
• Support end users through training, guidance, and ongoing application support.
• Analyze business requirements and implement system enhancements and process improvements.
• Support testing, RICEFW developments, data migration, and release activities.
• Ensure effective integration between SAP Finance and related solutions.
• Contribute to post-go-live support, system stabilization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A strong background in finance or accounting is required.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Finance solutions, with work experience across different industries.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience is expected for this role.
