The Service Technician Role

Premium Pack Trading is seeking a Service Technician to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position where the successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of packaging machinery, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair packaging machines and related equipment at customer sites.
• Ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime for all serviced machinery.
• Diagnose technical issues and perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Conduct detailed troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, or control systems.

Field Service and Customer Interaction

• Visit customer sites to provide essential field service support.
• Document all service activities thoroughly in line with company standards.
• Work closely with customers to explain the work performed and offer operational guidance.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure the timely availability of necessary parts and materials.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant technical service or maintenance role.
• Ability to read technical drawings, service manuals, and utilize diagnostic tools and testing instruments.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Capacity to work safely and effectively in industrial environments.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer site visits within Riyadh and surrounding areas, as required.

Work Environment and Company Culture

This role is based on-site in Riyadh and involves regular local travel to customer locations.
