The Luxury Collection is seeking a Shift Leader to join their team in Ad Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for Saudi nationals only, requiring 2-5 years of experience.

Role Summary

The Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and preventative maintenance of tools, appliances, and equipment. This role involves ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and providing support to both guests and management. The Shift Leader will also contribute to team development and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and perform preventative maintenance on tools, appliances, and equipment, recommending replacements as needed.
• Calibrate controls, gauges, and meters, and identify and operate all shut-off valves.
• Order, mark, and stock parts and supplies, maintaining inventory and purchase order logs.
• Inspect tools, equipment, or machines and utilize computers for work-related information.
• Operate power lifts and complete life safety checklists, including fire-pump and generator run tests.
• Inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems, and assist in developing disaster response protocols.
• Respond to and address guest repair requests promptly and efficiently.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
• Ensure adherence to company and safety policies, report hazards or incidents, and complete required safety training.
• Maintain a professional appearance, ensure confidentiality, and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
• Develop positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond to employee concerns.
• Identify, recommend, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with others.

Physical Requirements

• Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Move up and down stairs and/or service ramps.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None specified.
