Position Summary: Site Civil Engineer

Dar wa Emaar is seeking a full-time Site Civil Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial for the planning, design, and execution phases of our residential real estate development projects, requiring a professional with 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Context and Project Focus

The Site Civil Engineer will play a key role in overseeing on-site civil engineering activities. This involves ensuring adherence to approved plans, coordinating with various contractors and consultants, and supporting project delivery across all stages, from initial land development through to vertical construction. The position specifically focuses on residential subdivisions, infrastructure development, and comprehensive site work management.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all site work adheres to approved civil drawings, local building codes, environmental regulations, and project specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections and effectively resolve technical issues related to earthworks, utilities, drainage, and foundations.
Collaborate closely with general contractors, subcontractors, surveyors, and municipal inspectors to maintain project progress and quality standards.
Communicate site progress, potential risks, and proposed solutions to project managers and development leadership.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports, site logs, redline drawings, and as-built documentation.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in residential subdivisions, infrastructure development, and site work management.
Mandatory membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
