Role Overview: Social Media Manager

Ethos Interactive is seeking a Social Media Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves planning, executing, and managing social media strategies for the company's clients. The role requires collaboration with creative teams to develop content aimed at enhancing brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for clients.
• Define and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media initiatives.
• Prepare, manage, and monitor social content plans and calendars.
• Plan and execute creative photoshoot and short video ideas in collaboration with editors.
• Participate in campaign ideation, execution, and performance analysis across social platforms.
• Stay informed on the latest best practices and trends in social media.
• Utilize social media tools including Amplify, Talkwalker, and other relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with customer service, social media, and creative teams to ensure engaging content plans.
• Monitor user engagement and propose content improvements.
• Hire and/or train new members of the social media team.
• Provide constructive feedback on social media plans and campaigns.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in social media management or a related field.

Team and Collaboration

The Social Media Manager will work within a creative team, collaborating with editors, customer service, and other social media professionals to develop and implement content strategies.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh.
