Software Sales Supervisor

About the Role

Riyadah Solutions is seeking a Software Sales Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves building relationships with car rental companies across Saudi Arabia to drive the adoption of our digital platform and rental and fleet-management systems. The initial focus will be on Riyadh and the head offices of rental companies with branches throughout the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of Riyadah’s products and effectively explain and demonstrate them to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with company owners, executives, and other decision-makers.
• Plan and conduct client visits and meetings, managing sales opportunities from initial contact through contract signing and active system use.
• Recruit rental companies to join the platform and support their onboarding and readiness.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate business and technical needs to the relevant internal teams.
• Maintain accurate opportunity records and provide regular updates on visits, pipeline, progress, and next steps.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding approved proposals and customer requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least five years of experience in car rental or in selling and operating rental software.
• Proven field-sales and business-development experience, including managing the B2B sales cycle through contract and implementation.
• A practical understanding of car rental companies and their operational needs.
• Confidence in presenting to owners, executives, and decision-makers.
• Willingness to conduct field visits and travel within Saudi Arabia as required.
• Familiarity with customer-management and reporting tools.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires regular field visits and travel within the Kingdom to engage with clients. The position is full-time and involves direct interaction with car rental company owners and executives.
