About the Role

China Mobile International is seeking a Solution Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position serves as the local integrated-solutions backbone for the KSA subsidiary, focusing on leveraging local operator and partner resources to manage resource alignment and after-sales processes for carrier-type business. The role also involves supporting the delivery of integrated solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and support integrated solutions for ICT projects, collaborating with the team for solution delivery.
• Leverage local operator resources (*, stc, Mobily, Zain) to manage resource alignment, commercial coordination, and after-sales closed-loop processes for carrier-type business, including leased lines, internet resale, and cloud services.
• Develop and maintain local partner and supplier resources to enhance collaboration with local integrators and operators.
• Provide support to the sales team in local customer development and relationship management.
• Manage day-to-day communication and coordination with operators and partners to improve delivery responsiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the telecom or ICT industry within Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.
• At least 3 years of this experience must be with a telecom operator or a company that maintains deep partnerships with operators.
• Proven capability in integrated solution design and support, with familiarity in ICT services such as enterprise networks, cloud, and leased lines.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Possession of local operator resources, including at least three close operator or OTT partnerships.
• Proficiency in English as a working language; fluency in Arabic is considered a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated result-oriented approach, coupled with strong communication, coordination, and customer relationship management skills.
• A strong sense of ownership, proactive mindset, and timely response capability, ensuring prompt follow-through and closure on project and customer needs without deferring responsibilities.

Employment Details

This is a permanent, full-time position within China Mobile International. The specific job grade and compensation for this role are subject to negotiation based on experience and qualifications. Requirements may be moderately relaxed for outstanding candidates.
