About Team Saudi

Team Saudi is seeking a Specialist Influencers and Ticketing to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to supporting the successful execution of the Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games (AIMAG) 2026.

Role Overview

The Specialist Influencers and Ticketing will support the planning, coordination, and day-to-day execution of influencer engagement and ticketing activities for AIMAG 2026. This position involves coordinating influencer operations, campaign implementation, and content alignment to achieve marketing and promotional objectives. Additionally, the role supports ticketing coordination by liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders, managing communications, coordinating inventory and allocations, and assisting with audience inquiries to ensure a seamless ticketing experience. The Specialist will also assist in planning and executing influencer partnerships, including coordinating content deliverables, schedules, approvals, logistics, accreditation, and event-time support for successful campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities: Influencer Engagement

• Support the coordination and management of influencers aligned with AIMAG campaign objectives and communication plans.
• Coordinate with influencers, agencies, and internal stakeholders on content requirements, timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
• Assist in managing influencer scheduling, communication, and operational requirements during campaigns and event-time activities.
• Support the review and alignment of influencer content to ensure compliance with AIMAG brand and communication guidelines.

Key Responsibilities: Ticketing Operations

• Support ticketing-related communication and promotional activities across social media and digital platforms.
• Coordinate with ticketing vendors and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication of ticketing information and updates.
• Assist in responding to ticketing-related audience inquiries and escalating operational issues when required.
• Support the publishing of ticketing announcements, reminders, and campaign-related content across digital channels.

Reporting and Operational Support

• Support campaign coordination, approvals, and operational follow-ups across influencer and ticketing activities.
• Maintain records of influencer activities, ticketing updates, campaign assets, and related documentation.
• Prepare reports on influencer campaigns and ticketing activities to support performance tracking.
• Support other marketing and communications initiatives as assigned.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field. This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively within a dynamic environment. The position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
