The company is committed to innovation and sustainable solutions, developing cutting-edge projects from autonomous vehicles to micro mobility platforms. We are seeking a Specialist - Micro Mobility Operations to join our team in Riyadh on a full-time basis, contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Role Purpose and Operational Focus

This role is integral to supporting the daily delivery and operational excellence of micro mobility services across the organization’s properties. The Specialist will focus on maintaining high service performance, ensuring strict safety compliance, and managing assets effectively. Key responsibilities include consistent frontline execution, on-ground problem-solving, and facilitating clear communication between field teams, service managers, and control centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure micro mobility assets are deployed, recovered, and rotated in line with service schedules and demand.
• Maintain real-time oversight of service operations and act swiftly to resolve disruptions.
• Support the operational introduction of new micro mobility services, including bikes, scooters, or other platforms.
• Enforce safety protocols, route adherence, and equipment care across all field operators.
• Support audits, inspections, and incident investigations, escalating concerns as needed.
• Ensure operators are briefed, trained, and aligned with company safety expectations.
• Act as the first point of support for operators, offering guidance, issue resolution, and operational updates.
• Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and quality control for newly assigned team members.
• Foster strong relationships between the field team, management, and maintenance providers.
• Monitor and report on the condition, availability, and performance of all micro mobility assets.
• Support data collection and reporting to inform operational improvements and asset utilization.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure assets are serviced, secured, and optimally used.
• Support guest-facing services by resolving frontline issues and enhancing the service experience.
• Document incidents, escalate where necessary, and follow up on resolutions.
• Promote a culture of respect, professionalism, and customer care among operators.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Hands-on operational experience in transport, mobility, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of compliance, safety, and service delivery standards.
• Reliable, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate across teams and shifts.

Work Schedule

The role requires comfort with working on a rotational or shift-based schedule to support continuous operations.
