About the Role

Four Points is seeking a Steward to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience. The Steward will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and operational efficiency within kitchen and storage areas, ensuring all equipment and tools are properly cleaned and sanitized.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including dishwashing machines, hand wash stations, pot-scrubbing stations, and trash compactors.
Wash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
Receive deliveries, store perishables correctly, and rotate stock to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
Ensure all cleaned wares are stored in appropriate and designated areas.
Utilize detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals in the 3-compartment sink for dish cleaning.
Inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items; return soiled items for re-scrubbing and re-washing as needed.
Rack and spray all racked items with hot water to loosen and remove food residue effectively.
Sort, soak, and wash/re-wash silverware to maintain hygiene standards.
Break down dirty bus tubs and maintain cleanliness of trashcans and the dumpster area.
Clean and mop all assigned departmental areas, disposing of glass in proper containers.
Break down cardboard boxes and place them, along with other recyclables, in the designated recycle bin.

Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management promptly.
Complete all required safety training and certifications.
Protect company assets and maintain a secure work environment.
Communicate professionally and clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards in all tasks.

Physical Requirements

Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
