About Christian Dior Couture and the Role

We are seeking a Part-time Stock Associate to join our team at the Dior boutique in Riyadh. This role is essential for supporting the daily management of inventory operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the boutique.

Role Contribution

The Stock Associate plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy and product availability, directly contributing to the efficient daily operations of the boutique. This position upholds Dior's quality and service standards by ensuring all products are managed meticulously, supporting the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive shipments, process deliveries, and ensure accurate product registration.
• Organize, store, and maintain products according to Dior standards.
• Execute product replenishment operations to support boutique sales.
• Perform inventory transfers and other product movements as needed.
• Monitor and report any inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or related issues.
• Support weekly, monthly, and annual inventory counts to ensure the accuracy of records.
• Adhere to Dior procedures related to inventory handling, product protection, security tagging, pricing, and organization standards.
• Ensure products are stored safely and handled with the utmost care.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient work environment for inventory management.
• Support the improvement of inventory procedures and enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform any additional tasks directed by the management team.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicant must be a Saudi national.
• Previous experience (0-1 years) in retail, inventory operations, or a similar field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Initiative and a high sense of responsibility.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility and commitment in performing tasks.
• Ability to lift and carry products weighing up to fifteen kilograms, and perform tasks requiring standing and moving for long periods.

Work Schedule

This is a part-time position, requiring six hours daily, five days a week. The role demands flexibility to work according to the operational needs of the boutique.
