About the Role

ANDALUS GATE HOLDING is seeking a Stock Controller F&B to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining effective inventory levels and supporting the operational efficiency within our Food & Beverage sector. The role involves managing stock, analyzing inventory data, and collaborating with various departments to optimize the supply chain process.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage stock levels across all food and beverage categories to ensure optimal inventory, meet customer demand, and minimize waste.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations using inventory management software to maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely stock delivery, negotiating terms to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
Analyze sales trends and inventory turnover rates to forecast future stock requirements and proactively manage inventory levels.
Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Prepare detailed reports on inventory status, stock levels, and discrepancies for management review to support strategic decision-making.
Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management processes and best practices.
Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate inventory valuation and compliance with financial reporting standards.
Utilize data analytics tools to track inventory performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of experience in stock control, preferably within the Food & Beverage sector.
Demonstrated ability to manage inventory levels and analyze data effectively.
Proficiency in using inventory management software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
