About the Role

Converge is seeking a Strategic Pricing Lead to join a large PIF company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for leading pricing strategy across the retail business, focusing on profitable growth and market competitiveness.

Role Purpose

The Strategic Pricing Lead will shape pricing strategies to support profitable growth, enhance competitiveness, and adapt to evolving market and consumer dynamics. This position involves close collaboration with commercial and finance teams to guide pricing decisions throughout the retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement pricing strategies within a retail or FMCG environment.
Analyze market and consumer data to inform and support pricing decisions.
Collaborate with commercial and finance teams to drive pricing decisions.
Influence key business decisions related to pricing.
Contribute directly to commercial performance through effective pricing strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

7+ years of experience in pricing, with strong FMCG retail pricing experience.
Proven experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies.
Strong understanding of pricing architecture, price positioning, promotions, and profitability.
Experience analyzing market and consumer data.
Strong commercial and financial understanding, with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
Experience working with senior commercial and finance stakeholders.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a major Saudi organization. It is a full-time position requiring a pricing professional capable of working with complex pricing structures and influencing business decisions.
