Johnson Controls Arabia is seeking a Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on providing essential technical support and maintaining strong customer relationships by offering timely information and assistance regarding the organization's products and services.

Role Overview

The Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through expert technical advice, provided both before and after transactions. This position involves regular interaction with sales staff and communication with supply chain personnel as needed to support operational objectives and resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

Set and achieve daily operational objectives, impacting performance within the designated area.
Occasionally establish and deliver operational objectives that directly influence results within the area.
Explain facts, practices, and policies to both internal teams and external parties.
Correct or resolve issues and problems encountered in existing systems and processes.
Implement minor changes to improve efficiency or address identified concerns.

Qualifications and Requirements
