About the Role

PrimeGate for Communications and IT is seeking a System Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring high system availability, security, and performance. The System Engineer will also provide technical support and resolve infrastructure-related issues within the IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the Microsoft Exchange environment.
Manage Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, and Group Policies (GPO).
Manage and monitor the Windows Server infrastructure.
Administer VMware virtual environments (vSphere / ESXi).
Perform backup and recovery operations to ensure data availability.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
Apply security updates, patches, and conduct system maintenance activities.
Prepare technical documentation and operational reports.
Work closely with other IT teams to ensure reliable and secure IT services.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration and support, with a focus on the technologies mentioned in the responsibilities.

Technical Environment

The role involves working with a diverse IT infrastructure that includes Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Windows Servers, various backup solutions, and VMware virtualization platforms. A strong understanding of these systems is essential for success in this position.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, within PrimeGate for Communications and IT. The role requires collaboration with internal IT teams to maintain and enhance the organization's IT services.
