Hill International, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for supporting the company's recruitment initiatives within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Associate will manage the full life-cycle recruitment process, from initial sourcing to onboarding, for positions across the KSA region. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and engaging talent, working closely with internal stakeholders to meet staffing needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment for the KSA region.
• Source, identify, and recruit new, replacement, and contingent staff from external and internal sources.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job competencies and recruiting requirements for all open positions, as well as proposal efforts.
• Coordinate internal postings and utilize appropriate internet sources for external postings, alongside cold calling and the use of social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews and coordinate all interviews with hiring managers.
• Act as a primary point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Corporate Team leaders, the recruiting team, and other staff to foster successful partnerships that yield predictable results and credibility.
• Manage all aspects of the recruiting process (sourcing and qualifying candidates, salary negotiation, reference checks, onboarding, etc.) using the online applicant tracking system.
• Provide business intelligence for use in proposals and current opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Experience of 0-1 years in talent acquisition or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in closing candidates to offers within a competitive market.
• Ability to work self-sufficiently with minimal direct supervision.
• A proven track record of strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with hiring managers and cross-functional partners.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting recruitment efforts across the KSA region. The role operates within a dynamic team environment focused on achieving predictable results and maintaining credibility.
