About the Role

Saudi Arabian Trading & Construction Co. - SATCO is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee end-to-end recruitment processes. This full-time position is based in Al Olaya, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on supporting large-scale construction and engineering projects across the Kingdom.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the talent acquisition function, ensuring the timely fulfillment of manpower requirements for significant projects. This involves developing recruitment strategies and managing a dedicated team to meet both high-volume and senior-level hiring needs within the construction and engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of recruitment strategies.
Manage the talent acquisition team.
Drive high-volume and senior-level recruitment for roles in construction, engineering, and project management.
Oversee manpower planning, project mobilization, and workforce forecasting.
Ensure compliance with Saudization requirements and Saudi labor regulations.
Manage recruitment budgets, external agencies, and stakeholder relationships.
Monitor recruitment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure timely fulfillment of project manpower needs.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 15 years of recruitment experience, with a preference for experience in the construction or engineering industries.
Strong knowledge of the KSA labor market, Saudization regulations, and Qiwa processes.
Proven leadership capabilities.
Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management.
Extensive experience in workforce planning.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic environment focused on large-scale construction and engineering projects.
