The Role of Talent Acquisition Specialist

Roland Berger Middle East is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Riyadh office. This full-time role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle for consulting and management functions, supporting the firm's growth. The specialist will focus on talent sourcing, market mapping, and candidate engagement, partnering with hiring managers and leadership to identify, attract, assess, and hire top talent across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East region. A strong interest in recruitment technology, talent analytics, employer branding, and AI-enabled recruitment tools is valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination.
• Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs across consulting and management functions.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber talent through platforms like LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify target talent pools and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Screen and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit through interviews and evaluation processes.
• Coordinate interview processes and work with interviewers to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience.
• Support offer preparation, compensation discussions, approval processes, and offer rollouts.
• Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates for future hiring opportunities.
• Drive Saudization hiring initiatives and support the attraction of high-potential Saudi talent.
• Partner with universities, student organizations, and professional associations for campus recruitment and employer branding.
• Manage recruitment activities using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare recruitment reports, hiring analytics, pipeline insights, and market intelligence for leadership.
• Utilize AI-powered recruitment tools and data-driven insights to enhance sourcing effectiveness, candidate engagement, and overall recruitment efficiency.
• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, networking activities, and talent attraction campaigns.

Qualifications and Experience

• Nationality: Saudi National.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various functions and seniority levels.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, professional networks, and direct search methodologies.
• Previous experience within consulting, professional services, executive search, or other fast-paced environments is preferred.
• Exposure to campus recruitment and graduate hiring programs is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, assessment methodologies, and candidate management.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in the Roland Berger Middle East office in Riyadh.
