Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tamheer Program)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented trainee to join our Human Resources team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, under the Tamheer program. This internship role is primarily focused on recruitment activities, offering exposure to various HR operations and providing hands-on experience across multiple HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job advertisements and sourcing candidates.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in employee records management and documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience.
• Enrollment in or completion of a relevant academic program.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Work Environment and Location

This is an internship position based at the Head Office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience within a professional HR team.
