About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Talent Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on supporting the day-to-day operational aspects of talent management within the organization. The role is integral to ensuring the smooth execution of talent initiatives and projects.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Talent Specialist is responsible for preparing, coordinating, and assisting with various talent management activities. This includes direct involvement with Assessment and Development Centers, alongside other assigned projects. A core aspect of this role involves the accurate and timely preparation and maintenance of essential information, data, and presentations to facilitate successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate, and assist in all day-to-day operational talent management activities.
• Support the execution of Assessment and Development Centers.
• Contribute to the successful completion of other assigned talent management projects.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and maintenance of information, data, and presentations relevant to talent projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from a reputable local or international institution, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a role relevant to Talent Management.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Capability to secure and deploy resources effectively and efficiently.
• Proven ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to achieve shared objectives.
