About the Tamheer Engineer Role at AECOM

AECOM is seeking a Tamheer Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is specifically designed for fresh graduates, offering a foundational opportunity to contribute to significant engineering projects within a global firm.

Role Purpose and Development

As a Tamheer Engineer, you will support project teams in the planning, design, and delivery of various engineering solutions. This role provides a structured environment to work under the direct guidance of senior engineers, contributing to multidisciplinary projects, gaining valuable hands-on experience, and developing essential technical skills in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of engineering drawings, calculations, and technical reports.
• Support senior engineers in the design and analysis of systems and structures.
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and data collection activities.
• Contribute to the development of project documentation and presentations.
• Coordinate with other disciplines, including Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural, and Architectural, to ensure integrated solutions.
• Assist in the review of project specifications and standards.
• Support the preparation of material submittals and technical queries.
• Learn and apply relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
• Attend project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this full-time Tamheer Engineer position should be fresh graduates with 0-1 years of professional experience in an engineering discipline. A strong foundational understanding of engineering principles is expected.

Work Setting and Onboarding
