Sweet Shop Supervisor & Cashier
​Main Purpose: Oversee daily operations, lead shop staff, handle sales transactions, and maintain high standards of customer service and cleanliness.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Team Supervision: Assign daily tasks, manage shift schedules, and train new staff.
​Cashier & POS: Process payments (cash, card, digital), manage cash registers, and balance daily sales.

​Operations & Customer Care: Greet customers, offer recommendations, and handle product inquiries or complaints.

​Inventory & Display: Monitor stock levels, track expiry dates, maintain attractive product displays, and enforce hygiene standards.

​Quick Requirements:
​1–3 years of experience in retail, food service, or sweet shops.
​Proficiency in handling POS systems and cash registers.
​Strong leadership, communication, and basic numerical skills.
