About the Role

Saudi Pan Kingdom Company - SAPAC is seeking a Technical Office Manager for Roads & Bridges projects. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with extensive experience in civil engineering, particularly in road and bridge project specifications and measurement methods.

Role Overview

The Technical Office Manager will oversee the technical office operations for road and bridge projects. A key aspect of this role involves proficiency in Civil 3D software for preparing executive plans and managing quantities surveying in accordance with Saudi and international specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare executive plans for roads, box and tube culverts, and related road project elements such as slope protection and road barriers, utilizing Civil 3D software.
• Conduct quantities surveying in adherence to Saudi and international specifications and measurement methods.
• Apply knowledge of Saudi specifications for road design and AASHTO standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in the field, with at least 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Civil 3D software.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages (reading, writing, and speaking).
