Job Overview

Career Gulf is seeking a Translator to provide trilingual translation services (Chinese, English, Arabic) for company projects and daily operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves facilitating communication across various business and governmental contexts, ensuring smooth progress of projects and business interactions.

Role Context

The Translator will serve as a linguistic bridge between Chinese and foreign parties, local authorities, and partners. The scope of work covers business negotiations, on-site communications, document translation, conference interpreting, and interactions with government and enterprise entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver real-time interpretation during business meetings, on-site coordination, government visits, conferences, and inspections, ensuring accurate and efficient communication.
• Translate contracts, technical documents, business materials, official government correspondence, emails, and internal policies between Chinese, English, and Arabic.
• Perform proofreading, formatting, and archiving of translated documents to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and consistency.
• Assist in daily communication and coordination with local Saudi government departments, partner organizations, suppliers, and local employees.
• Address basic inquiries, synchronize information, and coordinate routine matters with local entities.
• Maintain a translation document ledger, categorize and organize translated and original materials, and regularly archive records for traceability and accessibility.
• Provide comprehensive meeting support, including pre-meeting document translation, real-time interpretation, and post-meeting minutes preparation.
• Assist company staff with daily foreign language communication, form filling, international affairs coordination, and other language-related tasks.
• Complete other translation and international affairs support tasks as assigned by superiors.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in translation and interpretation. Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Arabic is required to manage the trilingual demands of the role.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working across diverse projects and daily operations, requiring adaptability and strong organizational skills.
