Valet/Laundry

About the Role

The Luxury Collection is seeking a Valet/Laundry professional to join their team in Ad Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves greeting guests, assisting with their belongings, and managing laundry services to ensure a high standard of guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the safe unloading of their items.
• Deliver laundry and clothing directly to guestrooms.
• Respond promptly to requests from guests, the Front Desk, or "At Your Service" requests.
• Monitor the cleanliness and overall appearance of laundry and dry cleaning items.
• Complete all valet tickets accurately to ensure proper handling and processing.
• Coordinate all necessary repairs with appropriate personnel and arrange for pick-up and delivery once completed.

Operational Duties

• Adhere to all company policies and established procedures.
• Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Ensure the confidentiality of proprietary company information.
• Protect company assets from damage or loss.
• Communicate with colleagues and guests using clear and professional language.
• Prepare and review written documents accurately and thoroughly.
• Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members.
• Support the team in achieving common goals and objectives.
• Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
• Comply with all quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop.
• Capability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects.
• Ability to move, lift, or carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
• Capacity to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or * equivalent is required.
• Related Work Experience: A minimum of 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this role.
• License or Certification: None specified.
