About NTU International and the Project

NTU International A/S is currently developing a proposal for a significant project focused on communication outreach and engagement regarding EU policies across North Africa, the Middle East, and the Gulf region. In this context, NTU International is building a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts to provide strategic, technical, and logistical communication support to DG MENA. The overall aim is to strengthen the visibility, outreach, and impact of the European Union's policies, initiatives, and partnerships in the region.

The Videographer Role

We are seeking a skilled Videographer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This part-time, on-demand role involves producing high-quality video content for various communication activities during the 36-month project implementation. The Videographer will play a crucial part in enhancing visual storytelling and ensuring content aligns with EU branding and communication guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Film high-quality video content during conferences, workshops, official visits, press events, and other communication activities.
• Produce video content for websites, social media platforms, promotional campaigns, and institutional communication materials.
• Support pre-production activities, including planning, scripting, and shot preparation.
• Collaborate closely with producers, editors, and communication specialists to ensure high-quality visual storytelling.
• Manage filming equipment and ensure technical quality during production.
• Assist with the organization and archiving of video footage for future use.
• Support the production of multimedia content in accordance with EU branding and communication guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Professional training (or equivalent) in videography.
• Access to professional filming equipment.

Professional Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of general experience in videography.
• A minimum of 1 year of specific experience filming institutional or event content.

Work Details

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a part-time, on-demand basis. The selected expert will be mobilised as needed throughout the 36-month project implementation period, contributing to a dynamic international project focused on communication and outreach.
