Warehouse Manager

About the Role

Initial Facilities Management is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a Saudi national, responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and implement effective stock control measures.
• Oversee warehouse receiving, storage, and dispatch operations.
• Optimize material handling processes and overall warehouse efficiency.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Oracle or SAP.
• Manage assets and spare parts within the warehouse environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in governmental warehouse operations.
• At least 4 years of experience in a supervisory role.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Proficiency in inventory management and stock control practices.
• Demonstrated experience in warehouse receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Familiarity with material handling techniques and warehouse optimization strategies.
• Competence in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), specifically Oracle or SAP.
• Experience in asset and spare parts management.
