The Account Executive Role

Shipa Delivery is seeking a full-time Account Executive to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This junior-level position is integral to supporting the account management function. The Account Executive will primarily coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day operations, with a focus on effective communication, coordination, and basic reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support assigned customer accounts and assist in daily account coordination activities.
• Communicate proactively with customers to understand service requirements and provide timely updates.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, including operations, finance, and support, to ensure seamless service execution.
• Follow up on service-related issues and facilitate their prompt resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer data and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of basic reports, primarily utilizing MS Excel.
• Ensure strict adherence to company processes and established service standards.
• Provide support to senior account team members in various ongoing account activities.
