The Role of Accountant

Awtad Real Estate is seeking a dedicated and skilled Accountant to join its financial team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position is integral to maintaining the integrity of the company's financial operations and ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting financial reporting and analysis, directly contributing to business performance. The role requires candidates to have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing financial and tax reporting.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Provide support during the preparation of annual audits.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience as an Accountant.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing day-to-day accounting operations.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting principles and regulatory compliance.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, where the Accountant will work as part of Awtad Real Estate's dedicated financial team.
