About the Role

AlKhalejiah is seeking an AI & Automation Solutions Expert to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience, focused on driving digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Role Overview

The AI & Automation Solutions Expert will lead efforts to identify business challenges, optimize operational processes, and deliver practical AI and automation solutions. This role aims to improve efficiency, productivity, decision-making, and overall business performance. The expert will collaborate with various departments, including Finance, HR, Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, and Retail, to transform manual processes into intelligent digital workflows while ensuring scalability, security, and measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify and prioritize automation opportunities based on business value and ROI.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate business needs into practical AI and automation solutions.
• Design, implement, and optimize AI-powered business solutions, including AI assistants, chatbots, knowledge bases, and intelligent workflows.
• Develop AI use cases for reporting, forecasting, analytics, document processing, and decision support, ensuring responsible, secure, and reliable use of AI technologies.
• Design and automate repetitive business processes, integrating ERP, HRMS, CRM, POS, Finance, Procurement, and operational systems.
• Lead AI and automation projects from planning through implementation, coordinating with business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Analyze business data to identify trends and improvement opportunities, developing dashboards, reports, and business insights.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with company policies and cybersecurity requirements, protecting confidential information and sensitive data.
• Train employees on AI and automation tools, develop user guides, and support digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Technical Environment

The role involves developing workflows and solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar tools. This includes automating approvals, reporting, notifications, reconciliations, and document processing, while continuously monitoring and improving automation performance.
