About the Role

Al Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Co. is seeking a dedicated AMC Technician to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves maintaining and repairing various Air Condition products, ensuring their optimal functionality and efficiency. The position requires 2-5 years of proven experience in a relevant technical capacity.

Key Responsibilities: Maintenance and Repair

• Perform service maintenance jobs for AC units as instructed by Customer Service, direct customers, or supervisors.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues promptly using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Repair or replace defective parts or components as needed to restore functionality.
• Test-run units to ensure satisfactory completion of service jobs.

Field Operations and Logistics

• Document all maintenance and activities accurately for record-keeping purposes.
• Ensure necessary tools, consumables, and spare parts are available in the service vehicle.
• Coordinate with assistant technicians and ensure the “Vehicles Preventive Maintenance Checklist” is properly implemented.
• Respond to emergency service calls and prioritize tasks based on urgency and operational impact.

Customer Engagement and Team Collaboration

• Ensure job completion meets customer satisfaction standards.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through professionalism and performance.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and tasks.
• Report additional problems identified during inspection to supervisors immediately for further advice.
• Provide training and guidance to assistant technicians or new hires as required.

Safety and Professional Standards

• Strictly adhere to prescribed safety practices and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
• Always adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, promoting high standards and a positive organizational culture.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements relevant to the field and product.

Qualifications and Experience

• Technical, AC & Refrigeration Engineering, Electrical, or Mechanical Diploma or Certification from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience of 3-5 years as a technician or in a similar role, preferably within the relevant industry.
