About Qiddiya and the Role

Qiddiya is seeking an Analyst - Commercial and Reporting (Governance) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is focused on overseeing governance-related reporting and providing support to the organization's commercial functions. The role is integral to ensuring that projects align with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Analyst will play a key part in driving sustainable financial practices and operational efficiency within Qiddiya. This position involves providing essential support in legal, governance, and compliance matters, ensuring adherence to corporate standards and promoting governance best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Review, draft, and assess contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Provide legal advice and guidance to executive management and business functions on regulatory, governance, and legal matters.
Prepare legal, governance, and compliance reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.
Develop, implement, and monitor governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and promote governance best practices across the organization.
Coordinate Board of Directors and committee meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting documentation, and maintenance of official records and minutes.
Manage shareholder communications, respond to inquiries, and ensure transparent disclosure of relevant information.
Review proposed regulations, amendments, and governance requirements, providing legal analysis and recommendations to stakeholders.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders on governance, compliance, and legal matters.

Required Experience

Candidates for this Analyst role should possess 0-1 years of relevant professional experience. A detail-oriented approach and a foundational understanding of governance and commercial functions are essential for success in this position.
