Role Overview

InterSystems is seeking an Application Specialist Nurse Informatics for a full-time position in Riyadh, Riyadh. This role involves leveraging healthcare, business, and InterSystems product knowledge to ensure the successful and timely implementation of InterSystems products. The specialist will serve as an expert Nursing resource for customers, focusing on understanding customer processes and advising on optimal, standard solution implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure successful, standard, and timely contracting and implementation of InterSystems products.
• Act as an expert Nursing resource for customers.
• Understand customer processes and assess the best fit for solutions.
• Advise on the optimal implementation of standard solutions early in the process.
• Guide customers on maximizing solution benefits while minimizing customer-specific work.
• Liaise with various business areas as required.
• Stay updated with new product developments through the normal product release cycle.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare, business, and InterSystems products.
• Ability to assess solution best fit and advise on optimal implementation.

Work Environment and Travel

This role requires availability to visit customer sites. The Application Specialist may be assigned to projects that necessitate regular travel, potentially up to 5 days away from home each week.
