Seclore serves over 500 global enterprises and government organizations in more than 40 countries. We are seeking an Application Support Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Role of Application Support Engineer

This full-time position is for an Application Support Engineer with 2-5 years of experience in application support and strong customer relationship skills. The role operates within a highly agile environment, contributing to the implementation and ongoing support of Seclore's data security products. We are looking for individuals who are passionate, curious, and driven to learn and grow, with a focus on solving data security challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret complex client environment architectures.
• Create design and architecture documentation for the implementation of Seclore products based on client environments.
• Provide application support, ensuring effective problem resolution and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to continuous innovation to add value for customers and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Application Support.
• Strong knowledge of web server and application servers, including Apache, Tomcat, and IIS.
• Detailed knowledge of configuration parameters.
• Good understanding and working knowledge of SSL, Exchange, DNS, basic firewall concepts, DMZ, proxy, and reverse proxy.
• Good understanding and working knowledge of Databases such as Oracle/MSSQL, and LDAP.
• Knowledge of computer security procedures and protocols.
• Preferred knowledge in operating systems including Server OS, Windows 10, and Linux.
