Role Context and Contribution

The Application Support Engineer will play a crucial part in maintaining the stability and performance of our technical infrastructure. This involves working in rotational shifts to proactively monitor systems, address incidents, and collaborate with various teams to uphold service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for business applications and systems.
• Monitor application performance and ensure system availability during assigned shifts.
• Troubleshoot application issues, analyze incidents, and resolve basic technical problems.
• Escalate complex issues to development or infrastructure teams when required.
• Monitor system logs, alerts, and scheduled jobs to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in software deployments, testing, and production support activities.
