About the Role

Honeywell (KSA) is seeking an Application/Sys Sales Engineer I to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves supporting technical requests from customers and contributing to the optimization of customer experience programs. The position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction, increasing revenue, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Role Overview

As a CX (Sales Support Specialist) at Honeywell, you will contribute to shaping the customer experience strategy and driving initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your technical support will be crucial in optimizing customer experience programs and driving business growth. This role aims to improve customer satisfaction, increase revenue, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and cultivate a customer-centric culture, all contributing to the organization's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret client requirements, building codes, and relevant fire safety standards to develop compliant, cost-effective, and robust Fire, Security, or BMS solutions.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors throughout the design and project lifecycle to ensure alignment, technical accuracy, and timely delivery.
Prepare detailed system architecture and bill of materials for Fire, Security, or BMS systems, including complimentary systems.
Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and client requirements.
Prepare technical proposals for bids and tenders.
Understand the competitive landscape and local industry practices for assigned systems and regions.
Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), presentations, and technical consultations.
Obtain vendor quotations and evaluate technical and commercial compliance.
Support project managers and installation teams by providing engineering input during procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
Develop product enhancements and new product developments to increase product specifications and quality.
Conduct technical reviews, design risk assessments, and site visits to resolve technical queries and verify installation quality as per design intent.
Develop and implement customer-centric programs to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-focused initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
