About the Role

Kudu Company for Food and Catering is seeking an experienced Architect Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves the design, development, and oversight of architectural projects, ensuring the seamless integration of engineering principles with architectural aesthetics.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering innovative and sustainable designs by collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and contractors. This position requires a professional who can manage projects from conception through to completion, ensuring adherence to high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Create and develop architectural designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating effectively with various stakeholders.
Conduct feasibility studies and technical analyses to inform design decisions.
Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to integrate engineering systems with architectural designs.
Promote sustainable design practices and materials, focusing on energy efficiency and environmental impact.
Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Ensure all designs are rigorously evaluated for safety, functionality, and adherence to relevant codes and standards.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as an Architect Engineer or in a similar capacity.
Proven track record in architectural design, project oversight, and technical integration.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Kudu Company for Food and Catering team. The role involves working in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality architectural projects.
