About the Role

Parsons is seeking an Architect Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time position involves supporting the review, coordination, and delivery of architectural designs and construction documentation for major transportation and infrastructure projects. The role requires a Saudi National with 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Review CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by the Design Builder.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, project requirements, and client specifications.
Review construction specifications and detailed material and equipment requisitions.
Interface and coordinate with suppliers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders as required.
Coordinate architectural activities with engineering and construction teams to support project delivery.
Review and approve detailed design packages, construction drawings, and technical specifications prepared by third parties.
Provide technical guidance and support to Architectural Designers and CAD Operators working on the project.
Support architectural studies, design reviews, technical evaluations, and project reporting activities.
Participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings and contribute to resolving design and construction challenges.
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Qualifications and Experience

5-10 years of relevant experience.
Registration as a Licensed Architect or equivalent professional accreditation.
Experience on rail, metro, transit, or other major transportation infrastructure projects.
Experience with railway station buildings, maintenance facilities, or transportation-related developments.
