ARCHITECTURAL BIM COORDINATOR

About the Role

Duncan & Ross is seeking an Architectural BIM Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 4-7 years of experience and focuses on developing and coordinating architectural BIM models within multidisciplinary project environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit, ACC, and Navisworks.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines, resolving design and coordination issues.
• Identify, manage, and resolve clashes to ensure coordinated and construction-ready BIM models.
• Support the preparation of construction/shop drawings and BIM deliverables.
• Ensure BIM models and deliverables comply with project BIM standards, LOD requirements, and the BIM Execution Plan.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in steel structure projects is required.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and Navisworks.
• Good understanding of BIM coordination, clash detection, LOD requirements, and BIM workflows.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary project environments.
