Architectural Engineer

About the Role

Transit Stations Company is seeking an Architectural Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves developing and overseeing architectural designs for the company's facilities, ensuring compliance with established standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop architectural designs and plans for fuel stations and commercial facilities.
• Design and develop architectural plans in accordance with the company's brand identity and approved standards.
• Prepare, review, and approve shop drawings and detailed plans according to approved procedures.
• Develop architectural designs and facades, and prepare 3D renderings.
• Review architectural plans and coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure design integration.
• Ensure designs comply with the Saudi Building Code and relevant regulatory bodies.
• Review plans submitted by engineering offices, consultants, and contractors, providing technical comments.
• Prepare and develop designs for canopies, commercial buildings, and service facilities within the stations.
• Conduct field visits to project sites to verify that implemented works conform to approved plans.
• Propose innovative design solutions that contribute to improving space utilization and increasing operational efficiency.
• Prepare bills of quantities and technical specifications for architectural materials and finishes in coordination with the projects department.
• Follow up on design modifications and update plans according to project requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in architectural design and preparation of executive plans.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp software.
• Experience with architectural visualization software such as Lumion, 3ds Max, and Enscape.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and municipal and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in designing commercial projects, fuel stations, and service facilities is an advantage.

Required Skills
