Architectural Inspector

About the Role

Dar Al Riyadh Consultants is seeking an Architectural Inspector to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves overseeing the quality of architectural and finishing works on various construction projects, ensuring adherence to approved standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect architectural and finishing works across residential, commercial, and amenity buildings.
• Review architectural Requests for Inspection against approved drawings, samples, and mockups.
• Inspect masonry, plastering, ceilings, flooring, painting, stone, joinery, doors, glazing, and facade interfaces.
• Verify alignment, levels, dimensions, tolerances, appearance, and workmanship.
• Ensure consistency across repetitive villas, townhouses, and apartment units.
• Prepare punch lists and monitor contractor rectification.
• Maintain inspection reports, photographs, and quality records.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural inspection or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of construction quality standards and building codes.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a consulting environment focused on delivering high-quality construction projects.
