Role Overview

APM Monaco is seeking an Area Manager for Saudi Arabia. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, involves leading and developing the retail business across the Kingdom. The Area Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance and operational excellence, ensuring a high standard of client experience, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and building and developing high-performing Store Managers and teams to achieve sustainable business growth. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to meet company objectives and drive sales performance across all boutiques.
Analyze sales reports and business data to identify opportunities and define effective action plans.
Ensure operational excellence, consistent execution of company policies, and proper maintenance and presentation of all boutiques.
Oversee delivery processes and ensure inventory accuracy, minimizing stock discrepancies.
Implement merchandising guidelines and directives, maintaining high visual merchandising standards in line with APM Monaco's brand image.
Ensure all boutiques consistently deliver high levels of customer service and foster a client-centric culture.
Recruit, train, develop, and retain retail teams in collaboration with HR, setting clear expectations and performance objectives for Store Managers.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify business opportunities and provide regular market analysis.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Proven ability to drive sales performance and achieve commercial targets.
Comfortable analyzing sales reports, KPIs, and business data, with the ability to develop effective action plans.
Strong leadership and people-development capabilities.
