Role Overview

The Area Manager is responsible for leading and developing store teams in alignment with brand and company strategy. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves overseeing operations, driving sales, controlling costs, and ensuring high retail standards to deliver a positive customer experience. The role provides managerial direction to ensure store success and an outstanding shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor regularly to ensure sales and operational goals are achieved.
Ensure store managers and staff maintain stores to the highest standards, ensuring organization and proper merchandising.
Achieve sales targets through a proactive commercial agenda, developing and planning new business initiatives.
Monitor cash flows, sales performance, inventory control, cash sales receipts, and operating records.
Ensure all customer service initiatives are implemented and resolve issues promptly.
Guide Store Managers to consistently achieve key customer service targets and goals.
Monitor stock control to ensure store shrink is within company guidelines, protecting company property and assets.
Provide analytical feedback on store performance during weekly and monthly trade reviews with the Brand Director.

Qualifications and Experience

5-10 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop store teams.
Proven track record in retail operations, sales management, and cost control.
Strong understanding of retail standards and customer experience delivery.
