About the Internship

Keeta is offering an internship for an Asset Operations role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, providing practical exposure to the full asset lifecycle within a fast-growing last-mile delivery platform. The intern will contribute to asset accuracy and operational efficiency while developing analytical, systems, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Forecast monthly office material requirements and support inventory planning.
• Inspect incoming assets and maintain accurate inventory and device-system records.
• Process outbound asset requests, complete system approvals, and record asset serial numbers.
• Track asset shipments and confirm successful receipt by relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks covering asset serial numbers, quantities, and models, updating system records accordingly.
• Support asset recycling and maintenance processes, including system approvals and device unbinding.
• Classify returned assets based on their condition, including good condition, repair, or scrap.
• Prepare weekly reports covering inbound and outbound quantities, asset payment status, and device condition.
