About the Role

SEVEN (Saudi Entertainment Ventures) is seeking an Assistant Manager - Accounts Payable to join its Accounting & Operations function in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is central to managing the processing of supplier invoices and executing payment runs. The position requires a focus on verifying invoice accuracy, proper coding, and securing necessary approvals before settlement, while also supporting the Manager in maintaining accurate and controlled payables records.

Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payment runs to ensure accurate and timely settlement of SEVEN's obligations.
• Verify invoice accuracy, purchase order matching, and approval authority before payment release to prevent unauthorized settlement.
• Maintain vendor master records and payables ledgers to ensure complete and reliable supplier data.
• Prepare payables reconciliations and accrual schedules to support accurate period-end reporting.
• Track invoice ageing and pending approvals to prevent late payments and maintain supplier relationships.
• Examine exception reports and duplicate-payment alerts to identify processing errors for correction.
• Support audit requests and payables queries to enable timely resolution and audit readiness.

Educational Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred Field: Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Preferred Professional Certifications:
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
  • Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA) membership

Required Experience

• Required: A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: Experience in accounts payable or transactional finance within structured organizations.
