Assistant Manager Operating Assets FP&A

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an Assistant Manager - Operating Assets FP&A to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is central to the financial planning and analysis of Qiddiya’s operating assets, including theme parks, hotels, golf courses, and sports venues. The position involves close collaboration with Finance Business Partners and Asset Management teams to provide critical financial insights and strategic recommendations.

Role Context and Purpose

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, analysis, and performance monitoring for a portfolio of Qiddiya’s operating assets. This role acts as a liaison between the FP&A department, the Finance Business Partner function, and the Asset Management/Operating Assets teams, ensuring alignment and providing decision support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans for operating assets, working in collaboration with Finance Business Partners and Asset Management.
• Support scenario planning for the pre-opening, ramp-up, and stabilization phases of various assets.
• Track and analyze actual performance against established budgets and forecasts, providing detailed variance analysis and actionable insights to Finance Business Partners, asset managers, and leadership.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports in collaboration with the FP&A reporting team, utilizing tools such as Power BI and Anaplan.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
