E-commerce Assistant — Saudi National

1. Job Responsibilities

1. Assist with daily e-commerce operations and related tasks.

2. Collect, organize and analyze sales and product data using Microsoft Excel.

3. Conduct basic product research and product selection based on market trends and sales performance.

4. Optimize product listings, including product titles, descriptions, keywords and product information.

5. Monitor product sales and performance, and prepare regular reports.

6. Assist with daily documents, reports and presentations using Excel and Word.

7. Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve work efficiency, data analysis and content creation.

8. Support the e-commerce team with other daily operational tasks.

2. Requirements

1. Saudi National, preferably based in Riyadh.

2. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

3. Basic data analysis skills and good understanding of numbers.

4. Interested in e-commerce, product research and online business.

5. Able to use AI tools such as ChatGPT or willing to learn.

6. Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.

7. Good communication and teamwork skills.

8. Arabic is required; English is preferred.
