Role Overview

Hilton is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on generating and managing group sales, contributing to memorable guest experiences and overall hotel profitability. The position is designed for individuals ready to contribute to the hospitality sector by proactively driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert new business by researching, prospecting, and qualifying leads through proactive outreach and database mining to exceed lead generation goals.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, serving as the primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing existing accounts, and developing new ones to grow room revenue and overall profitability.
  • Develop targeted sales strategies, analyzing hotel and market trends to create and execute business plans and marketing initiatives that capture demand and meet sales goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including preparing proposals, conducting site visits, negotiating terms, and securing contracts tailored to client needs while maximizing revenue.
  • Manage booking details, coordinating customer requirements for rooms, food and beverage, and meeting spaces, and ensuring accurate and timely entry of account and reservation information in the hotel’s sales management system.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for the Assistant Sales Manager position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. This role requires individuals who are prepared to engage in proactive sales activities and client relationship management within the hospitality industry.
