Key Responsibilities:- Gather requirements and map legal processes by participating in discovery workshops with legal stakeholders.
- Translate complex legal processes into clear functional requirements.
- Serve as a bridge between legal teams and the ServiceNow delivery team, ensuring alignment of legal context and technical solutions.
- Validate workflows for compliance and legal integrity.
- Advise on legal roles and access control based on confidentiality and jurisdictional requirements.
- Assist in developing test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure operational fit.
- Support onboarding and training for legal users to leverage the ServiceNow platform effectively.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor of Law or equivalent legal education.
- Strong understanding of legal operations and workflows.
- Experience working with legal departments or legal operations teams.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in ServiceNow LSD or other legal workflow tools.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations impacting legal workflows (*, GDPR).
