Role Summary: Associate - Logistics & Import

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking an Associate - Logistics & Import to join the team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the DC supply chain function by managing day-to-day supplier relations and administrative tasks related to logistics and import operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase orders based on customer orders and business requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely product deliveries.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding invoices and shipment documentation.
• Verify supplier invoices against proof of delivery and update records in the system.
• Ensure accurate and complete data entry across logistics and supply chain systems.
• Maintain logistics, supplier, and shipment records while supporting day-to-day administrative activities.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support compliance with company policies and Delegation of Authority (DOA) procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics, import, or supply chain support.
• Demonstrated ability to handle administrative tasks and supplier management.
• Proficiency in data entry and record maintenance within logistics systems.

Work Environment
